Planning Tips This Week

Start open-air garden weddings around 3PM or later for softer heat and golden-hour portraits.
Plan shade if the ceremony begins earlier in the day.
Use mist fans, outdoor coolers or hand fans to keep guests comfortable.
Avoid tall centrepieces and fragile structures in windy garden venues.
Keep a rain plan: indoor backup, waterproof tents or both.
Confirm power, lighting, generator access and venue sound rules before booking.
